WHAT DOES THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDE? 1.- Personalized guided tour of the olive groves, with explanation of organic and biodynamic cultivation, the history of the farm and the olive varieties. 2.- Visit to the mill, with description of the process of making, preserving and packaging the first cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. 3.- Tasting of 8 oils (3 EVOO and 5 seasoned oils), plus tasting of products made on the farm: olives, jams, olives and more. 4.- Exclusive lunch among olive trees with a menu to choose from: 4.1.- Cold dishes option: bread with tomato, artisanal cold cuts, potato omelette, croquettes, cheese, homemade desserts and drinks. 4.2.- Catering option with on-site kitchen: appetizers and main course (fideuà or paella), with full service. *Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or low-salt menus available. · **Long table or picnic lunch, depending on group preferences. 5.- Option to purchase oil and other products in the same estate shop and free walk around the farm with signposted routes.
